Sheraton room rate is $179 per night and includes free parking, free wifi in guest room and meeting room, complimentary transportation throughout the Clearwater Beach area via the Jolly Trolley, and no resort fee.  

Rooms sell out very early for this event so be sure to book your room as soon as possible!  If you have trouble booking your room online please email info@LifeDE.com. Booking by phone is not recommended as the call centers often have trouble booking in the group room block.

Student Hotel Rooms 

Student Rooms: Exciting News! Student rooms for this meeting will be at the Sheraton Sand Key Beach Resort.  Student rooms are available on a first come first serve basis until January 9 or until the block fills up; whichever comes first. Be sure to choose the Student with Hotel option when registering. If you have questions about the DE student program, contact studentdeinfo@gmail.com.

Kids DE 

Kids DE for Clearwater!  Our team is planning and organizing for Kids DE in Clearwater. Kids will be in a room near the ballroom. Don't forget to get your children registered.  All kids under 12 will need a wristband whether in kids DE or not.  If not choosing Kids DE, register kids at the DE desk when you check in.
