Room rate: $169 per night and includes Hot American Breakfast in DE Dining Room, and free wifi in guest rooms and meeting space. Please note, parking is NOT included in the room rate.

Please note: if you book outside the room block, you will not have vouchers for the DE breakfast, you will be responsible for your own breakfast from the hotel restaurant or from outside the hotel. If you find a lower rate through Expedia or even through Marriott, it will probably be more expensive once you add the breakfast back for each person in your room. Booking through our room block saves you money and helps DE.

For those flying in, you may take MARTA red line from the airport to the hotel, exit at the Dunwoody MARTA stop near the hotel. 

Rooms may sell out. Be sure to book your room as soon as possible!  If you have trouble booking your room online please email info@LifeDE.com. Booking by phone is not recommended as the call centers often have trouble finding the group room block.

Kids DE 

Get Your Kids Registered:  All kids under 12 will need a wristband regardless of whether they attend Kids DE. Please register children attending Kids DE when you register yourself/staff/family; this way we can plan to have enough supervision and activites for the children. If you will have kids under 12 not attending Kids DE, please ask for their RED wristband when you check in at the DE desk in Atlanta. All children entering the Kids DE room MUST have a PAID DE GREEN wristband.

DE Breakfast (Hotel Guests in the DE Room Block Only) 

DE breakfast will be held in the DE Dining Room (King/Queen Ballroom), NOT the hotel restaurant. A Breakfast voucher is required, per hotel policy. The DE Dining Room is located down the hall to the left of the bar and then around the corner to the right. 

Sponsors/Exhibitors 

Exhibitors: Exhibit booths are available for registration on a first come first served basis. Tables are assigned first to sponsors and then to regular exhibitors based on the date registered so be sure to register as early as possible. Exhibitor setup/checkin is 5pm on Thursday. Please do not place items on any tables prior to that time. 

DE Annual Sponsors: Exhibit booths are automatically reserved for our annual sponsors, tables will be assigned just prior to the 5pm exhibitor setup time. If you have special needs for your table, please contact Kat at least 3 weeks ahead of time. If you will not be able to attend a particular DE, please contact Kat as soon as possible so we can open the table to another interested exhibitor.
