This Spring meeting being right on the beach is perfect to bring the whole family and your staff, arrive a few days early and enjoy some time in the sun at Sand Key Beach.

DE Room Rate: $299 per night.

DE Room Rate includes: Continental breakfast in DE breakfast room, free parking, free wifi in guest room and meeting room, complimentary transportation throughout the Clearwater Beach area via the Jolly Trolley, and no resort fee. Please note, if you are staying off site, DE breakfast and free parking at the Sheraton is not included.

Student Hotel Rooms 

Student Rooms: Student rooms are available on a first come first serve basis until March 30 or until the block fills up; whichever comes first. Student rooms will be booked at the Sheraton or a nearby hotel based on space availability. Be sure to choose the Student Hotel add on when registering. Options are available for 2 people per room or up to 4 per room, also choose between Thursday arrival or Friday arrival.  If you have questions about the DE student program, contact studentdeinfo@gmail.com.

Kids DE 

Kids DE for Clearwater may be available, please check with DE office to confirm.  Our team is planning and organizing for Kids DE in Clearwater, however, as the last two Clearwater DEs did not see a demand for this program, availability will be based on advance registration. 
Kids DE details in general: Kids will be in a room near the ballroom. Register in adance so we may plan sitters accordingly.  All kids under 12 will need a wristband whether in kids DE or not.  If not choosing Kids DE, register kids at the DE desk when you check in. Only those children with a PAID KIDS DE Registration may be in the Kids DE room. No food or drink other than water is permitted in the Kids DE room.

Sponsors and Exhibitors 

DE loves to support those businesses who support our mission!  Our DE Annual Sponsors will have a table reserved for them automatically. Additional exhibitors are encouraged to register early as space is limited and tables are assigned on a first come first serve basis. If you have special needs at your table such as electrical outlets, internet connection, or shipping/receiving boxes to the hotel; please reply to your registration confirmation email with those requests or send an email to info@LifeDE.com.

Special Sponsorships are also available for those who want the additional exposure opportunities that come with sponsoring select portions of the event.
